Suzi Lemen with Dynamic Corporate Solutions will be joining us to give us an update on the latest Human Resources legislative changes and trends.

Suzanne K. Lemen, SPHR (Suzi) is CEO and President of Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc. Suzi founded this full service Human Resources consulting firm to assist companies in achieving and exceeding their strategic goals. In addition to being highly sought as a speaker, she leads a team of experienced HR and Training professionals who work with corporations of all sizes in a number of industries. DCSI’s extensive client list includes Fortune 50 clients and small local businesses in a variety of industries. In 2007, Suzi purchased Idea Staffing which provides clerical, administrative and accounting temporary and direct placement services in the North Florida area.

Suzi has been contracted by Interise for the past five years to deliver the Streetwise Steps™ for Small Business curriculum which promotes the development of small businesses in Northeast Florida. She teaches SHRM certification classes at FSCJ and UNF in addition to speaking annually at the Northeast Florida and State of Florida SHRM conferences. In response to the needs identified from her wide experience in Human Resources, DCSI has developed the HR toolkit, which provides HR departments with compliance requirements, best practices and needed forms.

Will has served on the board of the Rotary Club of Ponte Vedra Beach and is still an active member. Montoya & Associates is also the Title Sponsor of the Beaches Fine Arts Triathlon Series. Will also served as an elected trustee of the Ponte Vedra Municipal District and is currently on the Advisory Board of the Second Harvest Food Bank. He also was also a member of the Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2012 and is currently appointed by the Governor to serve on the Environmental Regulation Commission (ERC) for the State of Florida. He enjoys traveling, fishing and gardening. He stays active by competing in Triathlons.
