Michael Cagle:
Michael is a results driven hands-on individual with more than 15 years as an experienced senior recruitment/staffing professional with a strong knowledge of current and future human capitol market trends. A senior consultant to corporate leadership on issues of strategy, policy, and governance for sourcing and recruiting talent. Demonstrated skills in leadership and management. Proven strategic planner with sound analytical ability, P&L responsibility, good judgment and strong operational focus. Experience with innovative staffing techniques and recruiting efforts.
Pat Munday:
Pat is a highly focused Human Resource business leader with over 20 years of talent sourcing, recruitment, staffing, employee relations, training, payroll and management experience. Proven success in the highly competitive staffing industry; demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations efficiently and profitably; valued partner in the Human Resource community. Strong track-record of building relationships with business partners, executive leadership, peers and employees. Extensive experience in change management and development of pro-active key talent sourcing programs. Expertise in leadership development, employee relations, training programs, risk management, implementation and delivery systems as well as customer service delivery.
Beverly Anderson:
Beverly is a seasoned human resources professional and training manager with over twenty years of experience. She has an extensive background in video production and script development and has managed projects that included the development of both new hire orientation and training videos. Prior to joining DCSI in 1998, she was the Manager of Training and Development at AccuStaff Incorporated/Modis in Jacksonville and the Manager of Field Support for Interim Services, Inc./Spherion in Fort Lauderdale.
Screening Program:
We will use your applicant tracking system to pre-screen and qualify candiates based on your requirements. We will then send to your hiring managers only those qualified resumes. This shrinks the time to hire for all of your open positions. We charge a flat monthly fee for this service
On-site Services:
For a flat monthly fee, we will place a recruiter on-site at your location either part-time or full time using your Applicant Tracking System and recruiting process to fill all of your open positions.
