We offer three staffing options:
The
Temporary Staffing
Idea Staffing is the employer of record and as such will pay the employee an hourly wage. The hourly bill rate we quote includes all payroll taxes, workers’ compensation insurance, and the pay rate. Our employees are eligible for permanent employment with our clients on a Temp to Hire basis. Idea staffing candidates remain on Idea Staffing payroll for a total of 480 hours. At the end of the 480 hour temp to hire period, they are eligible to roll on to our client's payroll at no additional cost. Should our client wish to hire the Idea Staffing employee before the temp to hire period has ended, a pro-rated buy out fee will be determined. Hourly bill rates are quoted as a mark-up % over the hourly pay rate.
Payrolling
Payrolled employees are those candidates that our client has interviewed and selected but for whatever reason they have decided they will not be added to the client's payroll immediately. Instead, they will be paid through Idea Staffing for an indefinite time period and are eligible for permanent employment with our client with 24hour notice to Idea Staffing. Our client understands and agrees that Idea Staffing is the employer of record and as such will pay the employee an hourly wage. The hourly bill rate we quote our client includes all payroll taxes, workers’ compensation insurance, and the pay rate. Hourly payrolling bill rates are quoted as a mark-up % over the hourly pay rate.
Direct Placement
Idea Staffing will recruit, interview and screen each candidate. Reference checks will be completed prior to placement. Idea Staffing offers a one time replacement guarantee on all placements. If for any reason, other than a lay-off or downsizing, our employee is not employed at your company during the guarantee period, we will provide a one-time replacement at no additional charge provided the fee has been paid at the time the replacement request is made. Direct hire fees are based on a % of the annual salary offered the candidate.
