Pamela R. Gibson, Chief Operating Officer

Pamela R. Gibson, Chief Operating OfficerPamela R. Gibson (Pam) is COO of Idea Recruitment and Dynamic Corporate Solutions Inc. (DCSI) Idea Recruitment is a premier recruiting solutions provider specializing in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). Idea Recruitment also provides Traditional Staffing Services including Temporary, Temporary to Hire and Direct Placement for several skill areas including Human Resources, Accounting, Customer Service, IT, Logistics, and Administrative. Pam also serves as Director of Sales for Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc. She joined this full service Human Resources consulting firm in 2005.

In 2007, Pam became the President of Idea Recruitment when the owner of DCSI, Suzi Lemen, purchased the local staffing firm and was promoted to COO in 2014. Her mission is to assist companies in achieving and exceeding their strategic goals. In addition to being highly sought as a sales consultant, Pam promotes a team of experienced HR and Training professionals who work with corporations of all sizes in a number of industries.

Idea Recruitment and DCSI’s extensive client list includes Fortune 50 clients and small local businesses in a variety of industries. Prior to joining DCSI and Idea Staffing, Pam was Regional Vice President of the Florida Region for a national staffing company.  She also served as Operations Director, Business Development Manager, and Recruiter for other staffing firms.  Pam brings to the table 22 years of business acumen in the staffing industry.

Bill Kirk, Business Development RepresentativeBill brings over 15 years experience in recruiting and business development to Idea Recruitment and DCSI. He engages both clients and potential employees in conversation, determining both the company needs and the “right fit” for the job description and work environment.

He is active in the community, often seen supporting his children at soccer games and engaging friends in conversation at sporting events and business development meetings.

Sheryl Phillips, Sourcing SpecialistSheryl has been a professional talent recruiter for more than 10 years.  As a seasoned member of the Idea Recruitment team she specializes in RPO (recruitment process outsourcing), temporary, temporary to hire and direct hire placements for our clients, and finding the hard-to-find candidates.

Sheryl has extensive experience recruiting quality candidates for HR, accounting, customer service, logistics, IT, and administrative positions. Finding the ‘perfect candidate’ to meet the exact needs of each client is particularly satisfying to her. Sheryl also finds enjoyment in meeting with each of her candidates and places particular emphasis on directing their talent to find their ‘best fit.’

When Sheryl is not recruiting she is an avid tennis player and enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.

Tracy Wadyko, Senior Recruiter

Tracy Waddyko, Senior RecruiterTracy brings over 22 years experience matching the right candidate to a company in need. She is passionate about getting to know both clients and employees so she knows she’s found the right “fit” for a company.

Her background in Recruiting, Accounting, and as an Office Manager helps Tracy keep the DCSI/Idea office buzzing. Originally from Dallas, Texas, she spent 11.5 years in Peoria, Illinois before landing just outside Jacksonville, Florida. Tracy loves her job as a recruiter and can’t imagine doing anything else.

On weekends she enjoys traveling, the beach, and spending time with family, friends, and in worship.

Michelle Hackmann, RecruiterMichelle is a recent graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Human Resource Management. Originally from South Elgin, Illinois, she spent 9 years in the Central Florida Area before landing in Jacksonville, Florida.

Michelle is very passionate about all things HR, and continues to bring new, millennial insight to the team. She especially enjoys the in-person aspect of recruiting, and getting to know the clients and candidates one-on-one.

When Michelle is not recruiting, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and being outdoors.
